After confirmation of appointment, the following process is suggested:

 

1. Agreement on strategies, objectives and priorities. Contact with potential clients in UK to review client’s products and sales strategies. Consider financial factors involved with UK entry.  This will take approximately 1 week of discussion via email/phone.  Concludes with short report.

 

2. Market–Entry plan.  Formulate plans to clarify point of differentiation with competitors, target market, sectors, competitive analysis, sales pipeline forecast, timeframe from enquiry to sale and promotional expenditure.  Presentation of plan to your company. This will take approximately 1 month

 

3. Full product/service training.  This will take approximately 1 month

 

4. Confirmation of initial agreement/plan and subsequent UK launch.

 

5. Monthly report of activity.

 

Process from start to launch is approximately 9 weeks.
